In Home personal training

In home personal training is as convenient as it gets!

We bring all our own, top of the line, freshly sanitized equipment. Already invested in a home gym? We will be sure to incorporate your equipment as well!

Your session always starts with a physical and mental check in to make sure that we provide you with a workout that meets your needs on that specific day. 

This is followed with a dynamic warm-up, personalized workout, and ends with static and assisted stretching.  

All of our personal trainers have over 20 years of experience in the field of fitness and are able to design a program that fits your individual needs, unique goals, and passions. 

You’ll have a new person in your health and fitness corner, seeing to it that you stay on the fast track to your desired results!

Couples in-home training

Couples In-Home Training is our version of the ultimate weekly date. We all know that the couples that train together, stay together! It’s the perfect way to have fun and stay fit as a team. 

Our trainers see to it that you are both challenged at your own level while working out alongside each other.

Neighborhood group training

Do you love your neighbors? Ready to sweat it out with your neighborhood favorites? 

We offer weekly and biweekly small group sessions on location.

Corporate TRaining

Prioritize your staff’s health and well-being and build team morale with weekly on location training.  

We can accommodate large and small groups with a wide variety of class formats. Your employees will look forward to their time spent improving their health alongside their co-workers.

 

Specialty senior classes

Shake It Into Shape is a specialty class for Assisted Living Communities. 

Are your residents challenged with flexibility and mobility? Could they benefit from a fun and safe activity to increase their rage of motion? 

Research has found that dancing improves strength and muscle function in older adults, as well as increasing balance and flexibility, leading to better stability and fewer injuries. 

Shake It Into Shape was designed to offer older adults living in assisted living communities a safe and supportive environment to experience joy and happiness through movement. With lively dance music, and one on one group instruction, residents can engage in dance at their appropriate level.
